✈️ ARRIVAL & SCHEDULE
When should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive at the villa on the morning or early afternoon of March 31. This gives everyone time to settle in, unpack, explore the gardens, and recover from jet lag before the evening’s festivities.
We will plan to have a few shuttles in the morning/afternoon on March 31 to bring guests from the Florence airport to the villa.
Once your travel plans are confirmed, please submit your info to us HERE so we can help coordinate your arrival at the villa.
What airport should I fly into?
Rome or Florence airports are the easiest options.
From the Florence airport we will arrange shuttles to the villa.
From Rome, there is an easy 1 hour train that goes into Florence. From there, a secondary train or car would be the easiest option to get to the villa.
What happens on March 31?
We’ll host an evening Welcome Dinner at the villa. Think: relaxed, pizza, wine.
When is the wedding?
The ceremony and reception will take place on April 1 at the villa. A full schedule will be shared closer to the date.
When is checkout?
Departure is April 2. There will be breakfast before everyone heads out.

Where is everything happening?
All events will take place at Villa Cetinale in Sovicille, Tuscany.
Activities at the villa for free time?
Explore the Gardens & Grounds: Wander through the extensive, award-winning gardens featuring statues, parterres, and box hedging. Hike to the chapel and the "holy wood" with its hermitage.
Enjoy On-Site Amenities: The villa features a cinema room on the top floor and a games room.
Tennis Court: Enjoy the private tennis court, ideal for leisure.
🛏️ ACCOMMODATIONS
All guests will stay at the Villa and its adjoining properties. We are organizing room assignments and will reach out directly with details.
🍽️ HOW MEALS WORK
The villa is fully staffed with chefs, waiters, housekeepers, and porters.
🥐 Breakfast
You will wake up to coffee and beautiful Italian breakfast spreads. You do not need to fend for yourself.
🍝 Lunch & Dinner
All food will be provided at the villa.

Will there be wine?
Yes! Drinks and wine are charged based on consumption. We promise we will not let you go thirsty.

Welcome Dinner: Elegant but relaxed.
Wedding Day: Formal. Think: Italian romance.
🌤️ WEATHER
Early April in Tuscany is typically mild but can cool off in the evenings. Bring layers. Tuscan chic layers.
🚗 TRANSPORTATION
We will provide guidance on transportation to and from the villa once travel plans are submitted.
📸 PHOTOS
We kindly ask that you keep phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be present. Once cocktail hour starts, you may document away.
We will share a hashtag closer to the date.
All guests will be emailed with a link to our wedding photos after the event.
